We looked into how the branding was being used across the business and how we could bring the strongest elements through with us in our strategy. Our teams researched the identity and the nature of each offering of the business as well as how the premises were used as a customer experience and how that could be improved. This required spending time with the client in the location to get a feel for how it was used and how customers were affected by the brand messaging as they were led through the space into distinct offices. We deduced that Mortgage Solutions Belfast needed innovative internal signage that was strong, bright and lightweight, for attachment to specific elements of the office space. 

Brand management can help build and maintain a customer base and reputation. It was important that we got an in depth insight into the established brand as part of our research findings. This makes the design process easier to initiate when we have an all round appreciation of the business we are working with. When we partnered with Mortgage Solutions, we already had a strong brand to work with. But it wasn’t being utilised to its full potential. Our creative team placed the brand in new scenarios, in new formats and in stronger mediums. From there we placed each solution into our overall plan, tying each and every new element together to create a strong and impactful space inside and out. Bringing the public in and leading them through a fresh customer experience to their destination office where they would be dealt with. All the while the experience is absolutely on brand throughout.
